The authenticity of our jewelry is confirmed by an official appraisal from the Austrian Gemological Laboratory (GLA). Sworn and court-certified experts work there as absolute experts according to the highest industry standards and using the most expensive analytical equipment. The appraisal contains a precise description of each individual piece of jewelry, including fineness specifications, details of the craftsmanship and period of manufacture, hallmarks, and much other interesting information.

The insurance replacement value is the amount required to replace the jewelry with a piece of equivalent value in the event of a loss or theft. This is not the original price, but rather the current market value if the jewelry had to be remade according to today's standards. Example: A gold ring with a 1 ct diamond is lost. The insurance company obtains a cost estimate for remaking this ring. The replacement value must be sufficient to cover all associated costs (purchase of the 1 ct diamond and gold on the world market, the goldsmith's labor time for making the ring, proportional fixed costs of ongoing management, insurance, taxes and duties, and finally, the jeweler's profit). 50% of the replacement value corresponds to the "exchange value between private individuals."" Commercial sellers are advised to offer the jewelry at a discount of 25% of the replacement value.

Yes, we ship worldwide with FedEx. Please note that most non-EU countries charge additional customs fees when the package crosses the border. Usually, this is approximately 20%. These fees are the buyer's responsibility. Worldwide shipping, for example, to the US, usually takes about 1 week.

It's important to us that you like the jewelry and enjoy it for a long time. Returning an item is your right and not a problem. Please send us a short email if you wish to return it so we can discuss the process. You can choose between an exchange or a refund. We offer a two-week return policy, although most of our customers know immediately whether they want to keep the piece or return it.

Since Corona we have a small pick-up station in the form of a shop in 1090 Vienna that by appointment is open to customers and otherwise closed. We are happy to meet you there for a viewing or handover.
